About Andrew Poznanski

Mr. Poznanski was born and raised in New York, where he attended the prestigious Stuyvesant High School. He obtained his undergraduate degree at Binghamton University and obtained his juris doctor degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2002.

He is admitted to practice law in all the courts of the state of New York as well as in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Upon his graduation from law school in 2002, Andrew began working for a real estate law firm in Nassau County, New York. After a year of working for that firm, he knew wanted to help people who were injured and began his employment with a large personal injury law office in New York City. In 2007, Mr. Poznanski started his own practice, concentrating only on representing injured individuals and providing the compassionate care that each case required. From 2010 to 2018, he was a partner with the law office of Irwin & Poznanski, LLP., where the lawyers represented hundreds of individuals and worked tirelessly to obtain the best available outcomes.
